It’s a movement to empower every woman everywhere and to build a better world.

These programs not only teach surprisingly effective, and non-violent techniques for protecting yourself that unveil a power you never realized you had.

Our mission is to make free and affordable women’s self-defence accessible to every woman in the world by 2030.

Since 2013, we have run more than 50 free and paid workshops and courses, in boardrooms, schools and, serving more than 1,000 women. In 2017 FLAG ran its first international workshops in Bermuda.
